Puzzler from the Collection

Time for a real challenge!
Sharon McCullar, Registrar
This metal framework attaches to a surface with two brackets. I don’t know if it is intended to be oriented on a vertical or horizontal surface. It is constructed of cream colored enameled metal. It bears no manufacturer markings. Two sturdy legs support three metal rings. One large ring is centered between the ends of the legs. Two smaller rings swivel out away from arms set at a right angle to the legs. The large ring is 12 inches in diameter and the smaller ones are 5.5 inches in diameter. A set screw allows the outer rings to swivel and be held in different positions on the metal arms. The whole object measures 18 inches across the rings, 12 inches deep and 14 inches wide.
I look forward to hearing suggestions on this one!
